In the short term, we aim to lay a strong foundation for effective service delivery by:
* Establishing and equipping a youth enrichment center that serves as a safe learning and activity space
* Recruiting and enrolling youths from the community into our programs
* Conducting awareness campaigns and orientation training for participants and parents
* Building staff capacity through targeted training and skill development
* Raising funds through grants, donations, and community support for materials and logistics
Medium-Term Goals
Over the medium term, our focus is on strengthening systems, expanding impact, and building trust by:
* Developing transparent and accountable program and financial reporting systems
* Continuously implementing and improving youth enrichment programs
* Conducting regular monitoring and impact evaluation to measure progress
* Expanding partnerships with donors, philanthropists, NGOs, and corporate sponsors
* Increasing community engagement and stakeholder participation
